The traditional Cabernet Tòcco
Cabernet Tòcco is the result of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc.
It is a certified "Piave Cabernet DOC" wine with a certificate of suitability issued by Valoreitalia. Intense ruby color, dry, with a robust and persistent structure, it has light herbaceous notes and hints of cherry and cinchona.
Two options are available: the "classic" matured in steel for one year, then bottled, and the "riserva," in the best vintages, matured in steel for one year and aged in tonneau barrels for another 10 months before bottling.
